We at “Kaasmakerij Henri Willig” strongly believe in an extensive food safety program. We have put a lot of effort in making the product as save as possible with regards to pre-production, production, education of personnel, cleaning & disinfection, packaging and shipping..

To maintain the quality, our company ensures:

• Written and checked procedures for every production step from feeding the animals to delivering cheese to the customers
• Validation of cleaning and disinfection steps
• Well trained personnel that is working according the procedures
  
• All critical process values like time, temperature and pressure are checked and registered
• Analysis is conducted according to a written procedure with an appropriate frequency.
